Back in los Estados Jodidos (that's the USA for the uninitiated) after living in the mountains of El Salvador for 6 months.  Not a single snowflake seen.  Now I'm working at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, taking care of the vets and expanding my vocabulary.  Recently finished cardiology at Hennepin County Medical Center.  If your heart is broken, there is a solution.  See the About page, section Sounds.
